Job Description
流程執行: 學習並執行所有標準配方(SOP)、吧台基礎清潔與用具維護工作。
顧客基礎服務: 執行客人入座後的基礎服務流程(如介紹 Wi-Fi、餐牌、洗手間等)。
吧台準備: 負責吧台準備工作,確保當班所需物料齊備。
團隊協作: 交接時主動且準確地匯報工作進度及待跟進事項。
Procedure Execution: Strictly learn and execute all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), basic bar cleaning, and utensil maintenance.
Basic Guest Service: Execute basic service procedures after guest seating (e.g., introducing Wi-Fi, menus, restroom location, etc.).
Bar Preparation: Responsible for bar prep work, ensuring all necessary materials are available for the shift.
Team Collaboration: Actively and accurately report work progress and follow-up items during shift handover.
Requirements

觀察與服務: 具備基礎觀察力,能初步記錄並累積客戶偏好,提供基礎優質服務。
語言能力: 基礎中文和英文溝通能力。
Reliability & Appearance: Strict punctuality and high attendance record; consistently maintain a neat, professional image.
Learning & Detail: Positive attitude towards feedback and active learning; high attention to detail in cleaning and tool placement.
Observation & Service: Basic observation skills to note and accumulate guest preferences; able to provide basic quality service.
Language Skills: Basic Cantonese & English communication skills.
Salary range
$17.5k - $18.5k
