營運與士氣維護: 領導伙伴日常營運,維護當班次的團隊士氣。
出品與流程監督: 協調出品運作,確保食物質量與出菜速度,並監督清潔及營運流程達標。
貨品管理: 全面負責貨品管理(庫存盤點、訂貨、控制損耗)。
團隊與目標傳達: 與團隊建立良好溝通,並有效傳達公司目標。
Operation & Morale: Lead the daily operation of colleagues and maintain the team morale during the shift.
Output & Process: Coordinate output operations to ensure food quality and service speed, and supervise cleaning and operational processes compliance.
Inventory Management: Fully responsible for inventory management (stocktaking, ordering, waste control).
Team & Goal Setting: Establish good communication with the team and effectively convey company goals.
Requirements

成本與風險控制: 將班次損耗率控制在公司目標範圍內,並對貨品管理有高度風險意 識。

意識與溝通: 建立開放討論空間,提供透明回饋,作為公司目標的有效傳達者。
語言能力: 流利中文和英文溝通能力。
Adaptability & Resolution: Capable of calmly and quickly resolving unexpected incidents (guest complaints, equipment failures).
Cost & Risk Control: Keep shift wastage within company targets; high risk awareness for inventory management.
Leadership & Atmosphere: Able to motivate team members, assign tasks fairly, and maintain a positive team work environment.
Awareness & Communication: Establish an open discussion forum, provide transparent feedback, and act as an effective communicator of company goals.
Language Skills: Fluent English communication skills.
Salary range
$23k - $24.5k
