Hand Shaken Cocktail Bar Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

1. The Rewards Program
1.1. The Rewards Program is a membership loyalty scheme offered by Hand Shaken Cocktail Bar.
1.2. "Roomie" refers to participating members of Hand Shaken Cocktail Bar.

2. About Your Membership
2.1. This program is only available to individuals aged 18 or above.
2.2. To become a member, you must register via the Dim Order interface by providing the required details, including a valid, personally owned mobile number from Hong Kong, Mainland China, or Macau to receive an SMS verification code. Upon successful registration, you will be assigned a Roomie Number.
2.3. The registered mobile number must be valid, personally owned, and non-virtual. Each member may only register one account with a single mobile number. Duplicate registrations or multiple accounts per individual are not permitted. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate such memberships without prior notice, including forfeiting all accumulated points and redemption privileges.
2.4. If any member is found using a mobile number not personally owned, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate their membership and void all unused points and unredeemed rewards without notice.
2.5. We may, at our sole discretion, reject any application.

3. Earning Reward Points
3.1. At all our Hong Kong outlets: Earn 1 reward point for every HKD 1 spent (after discounts) on food and beverages.
3.2. Reward points are valid for 270 days from the issuance date and will expire automatically thereafter.
3.3. We reserve the sole discretion to:
   (a) Adjust, withdraw, or cancel any issued or pending rewards (including points);
   (b) Suspend or discontinue any rewards or services at any time;
   (c) Terminate your membership—without prior notice.

4. Redeeming Reward Points
4.1. Once sufficient points are accumulated, you may redeem rewards by requesting redemption in-person at Hand Shaken Cocktail Bar with the attending staff.

5. General Terms
5.1. Points are non-transferable, non-purchasable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. If we reasonably suspect fraudulent acquisition, purchase, transfer, or cash exchange of points, we reserve the right to suspend/terminate the involved memberships and void all unredeemed points and rewards without notice.
5.2. We may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be published on the program's official website.
